At Botondor, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly as possible. After leaving our warehouse, the estimated delivery time within the Peninsula is 48 hours. However, it is important to take into account that in some cases, the delivery time may be affected by factors outside our responsibility, such as incidents with the transport agency.
Within Spain (Peninsula):
For purchases with a total value between €0.00 and €60.00, the shipping cost will be €10.00.
If your purchase exceeds €60.00, shipping will be free.
Within Spain (Balearic Islands):
For purchases with a total value between €0.00 and €100.00, the shipping cost will be €15.00.
If your purchase exceeds €100.00, shipping will be free.
Within Spain (Canary Islands):
For purchases with a total value between €0.00 and €200.00, the shipping cost will be €35.00.
If your purchase exceeds €200.00, shipping will be free.
Within Spain (Ceuta and Melilla):
For purchases with a total value between €0.00 and €300.00, the shipping cost will be €40.00.
If your purchase exceeds €300.00, shipping will be free.
International (except Spain):
For all purchases made outside of Spain, we offer a fixed shipping rate of €15.00.

Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors by Botondor.
Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify its status, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Keep in mind that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method and the financial institution.
